It's designed to let the fine people of Columbia know what is going on in our town.
I think it's a waste of time to "boot" cars. The Borough should just contract with a local towing company and have them hauled off.
do they boot cars for parking violations or something more serious ?
I think for anything that has to do with the car, un-paid parking tickets, unpaid tickets, etc., if the boot doesn't work then it get's towed. it's not a bad system actually.
