Pool for sale

Noticed this "For Sale" sign this morning on a trip downtown at the former CA Herr Annex, also known as the downtown swimming pool. Another realtor is attempting to sell the eyesore.

    6. Watch downtown start growing since there's more parking

    The five businesses that border it (Burning Bridge, Stovers, Church, Columbia Hotel, Wells Fargo, Susquehanna, Laundry Mat, Accounting Firm, etc. ), should buy it for cheap and donate it to the Borough to manage with meters.
