Hell Yeah, the police chief will be taking a GOLDEN parachute with him when he leaves because Council don't have the guts to get rid of him for incompetence. Borough Manager Meiskey and Mayor Lutz have his back and every time the subject comes up, Meiskey & Lutz tell Council why they can't get rid of him although the reason ALWAYS changes!
