illegal maybe, but a necessity, yes...if ignorant, lazy people wouldn't have the audacity to take the space you spent hours digging out u wouldn't have to save it....it's all common sense and a little respect, of which there is none anymore. it's not like it used to be. people just do not care
Not a bad idea to place chairs, tables, etc. in the street to reserve pareking, just last year I collected a table and enough chairs for additions to my back porch, thanks to those who contributed, Locust Street yielded the most goodies.
