you drink it first Barry - and let me know if it's ok ! :)
i am disturbed that i for one was not aware of the boil water problem until i read this blog at work on friday and i cant believe with all the news coverage of the flood that this was not mentioned on the air and just was run across the bottom of the screen on wgal. until much later- i was busy and did not look at the screen when i had water running in my back yard- why didnt the water company come around or call cust to tell them something this important?? they call when the bill is overdue and they are going to shut off service. they called before when there was a water main break. and how does one know if the water is any safer now than it was before? this whole thing wasnt handled very well at all; and thank you for posting this so i got to find out. i guess i was the last to know!
They did call all the customers - the calls went out between 8 and 9 pm on Thursday the 8th - they called again on Sunday evening saying the ban was lifted. You may want to make sure that they have a current phone number for you.
