Tide wins, Tide wins

It only took new Columbia softball coacah Brad Brubaker two games to get his first win and it was a big one at that.
"We opened Section 4 play today with a 3-2 win over three-time defending Section 4 champion Pequea Valley," Brubaker said.
Emily Detz recorded 14 strikeouts and just two walks, and scored the winning run.
"It was Columbia's first\ever win against Pequea Valley," the coach said.

The Tide will host Eastern in a non-league game on Tuesday at 4:15 p.m.
