Is Makle Legion falling down?

Is the Harvey T.Makle Legion Post on South Fifth Street falling down?
On Saturday, the alley beside the legion was closed by borough officials and it wads noticeable that bricks had fallen from the lower side of the structure.
Tuesday, a condemned sign was placed on the wood panel that blocks the doors to the vacant legion.
The Legion closed sometime in the 1980s and is owned by the Mount Zion AME Church, next door, who purchased the property back in 1990. At that time, the church had plans to turn the structure into a historical museum.

Another must see

I took this photo this morning from the Scoop Mobile on my way in town. It is of the former Harvey T. Makle Legion on South Fifth Street. I noticed this earlier in the week that the legion post, which has been closed for a few decades now, now has plywood over its front doors with no trespassing signs.
It is not a good look for our town.
