No one would be selling dope in Columbia if no one in Columbia were buying dope from them. The dealers are only part of the problem; they are here dealing because there are users here buying from them.
THANK YOU, drug task force and Columbia police for a job well done. boro, take pride in your town, if you see drug deals call the police or 911. don't complain that nothings being done. or call drug task force to inform them. that's what they're there for!
