I think that all Council members should have a voice mail extension on the Borough Hall phone line - so that anyone can call and leave a message and the Council Members can check their voice mails on a regular basis, and they should also have an e-mail address on the Borough's server - they need to take this position seriously! and make it easy for their voters to communicate with them!!
Exactly. I wouldn't want my phone number published either. Too many whack jobs that will be calling you at 3am because their neighbor didn't mow their grass that day, or because some kid rode a bike down their sidewalk.

So long as they can be contacted through the Borough Office and they reply, I see no problem.
