Settlement is Wednesday

At last week's meeting of Columbia Borough Council, it was announced that settlement on selling the borough-owned property at Third and Linden streets would be no later than Wednesday.
Settlement papers are expeected to be signed Wednesday between Columbia Borough, the Columbia Economic Development Corporation and Museum Partners.
Once the papers are signed, work is expected to begin on the Turkey Hill Experience.

Great! Looking forward to having this end of town getting cleaned up. This is such a eyesore to people coming into Columbia.

Maybe they will clean up the houses across the street too !

I'll believe it when I see it, it's not going to happen! There will be another extension because of financing on this project!
