The market house is nothing but a joke. St. James Church asked for a table to sell raffles to benefit the church and were denied because the market does not support non-profit groups. To our new market manager with an attitude like that you will not be around here very long which I think would be a good thing.
why not sell raffles to benifit the market house!-
ten bucks a pop, 50% goes to marketing and advertising the place, 50% goes to the winner, EVERY WEEK! - stop in Friday at Noon to see last weeks winner! - post them on the web site! - let's go!! - the town loves to gamble and it will only help the market!!! - tell the fine ladies at the senior housing units to stop taking their bus trips to Atlantic City and invest in the Community!!!!
you mean to tell me that they (norm, leo and council) don't have a small stand/area available for a non-profit group to advertise,sell raffles,etc. there SHOULD BE one. we need to bring this boro back to what it was!!! i'd like to see one group at market every week and there should be a DIFFERENT NON PROFIT GROUP represented every week

raffels should not be allowed in the Market House, period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
