This place needs to be closed down. Talk about places that should be cited by the boro...There is a visable broken glass window on the second floor that is taped. It had been that way for over 2 years. I mentioned it to the boro but nothing has been done. This place is the biggest eye sore on the block !!!

what's wrong with the old bank on Locust? - other then the plywood doors should be painted

That plywood has been on those doors long enough to be considered "historic".

Looks like trash, and yet they somehow get away with it in the "historic district" Have to love the irony there.

yeah again, where is code dept? there's a front door that's boarded up as well as a 2nd floor window, and a piece of missing siding on the front top, the overhang is falling apart. what the heck? cite them. this is a true eyesore on this block.

NOTE: CODE DEPT. YOU NEED TO CLEAN UP DOWNTOWN FIRST. MAKE THESE PROBLEM AREAS COMPLIANT. THIS PLACE HAS LOOKED LIKE HELL FOR YEARS AND ATTRACTS ALL KINDS OF TRASH. ALSO, GO DOWN TO THE 200 BLOCK OF LOCUST ST AND LOOK AT SOME OF THESE SLUMLORD HELLHOLES. THISIS THE GATEWAY TO OUR TOWN - PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION HERE...INSTEAD OF THE SAME PROEPRTIES OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. NO SPECIAL TREATMENT. MAKE EM CLEAN IT UP AND FIX EM UP, SPRING AND THE TURKEY HILL EXPERIENCE IS NOT FAR AWAY. HAVE MTGS, PUT UP FLYERS, SHAME THESE PEOPLE INTO FIXING UP OR GIVE EM CITATIONS. MONEY TALKS AND BS WALKS....
