how can a state run program..just sign off on a hunter safey course because the kid did not PASS his test..When myself,son and daughter took our course this year..we were told u could take the test as many times as needed till u passed. By the way that picture looked of the deer it was small, and young. Not something to be proud of. I believe the dad and the kid did not identify the target (as is stressed in hunter safety course)and a young deer was taking, not something to be proud of. I think my dog weighs more then that deer. The hunter safety course is meant to teach safety so WE all can feel safe in the woods, and if u cant pass the test the first time...take it again till u get. No Free Rides
