It's designed to let the fine people of Columbia know what is going on in our town.
I will say the next day, all but one of these sidewalks were cleared.
You tell me! I call every year for 4 years every snow about a home owner and it never changes.

On a shaky trip downntown today, discovered at least five properties on Locust Street that either weren't shoveled or barely had a path on their sidewalks. Where's the enforcement?
