Economic Development and Revitalization have been ongoing forseveral years.
Many improvements have been made in theDowntown BusinessDistrict, River
Park, Rotary Park and Streets. Several other projects are underway forthis year.
Now isthe time tomove on to our neighborhoods and address problemsthat
affectthe quality oflife in our town.Discussion is notlimited to just our
neighborhoods, but the Business District as well.
Special guests, Ray D’Agostino and Jim Shultz from Lancaster Housing Opportunity
will be on hand to discuss programs that may benefit Columbia property owners,
both rental properties and owner occupied properties.
It's our intention to have a discussion on what we as a Borough and School
District are planning and what residents and business owners would like to see
happen in our Borough and Schools.
Please come out and join us, we can
make a difference if we work collectively
