Mary Pelosi makes the rules as she is the police chief, mayor and sherrif down there. This photo has been sent to certain people and hopefully it will be brought out at the next council meeting.Perhaps her and Mrs. Sears, who is working against or not in the best inters of the boro with the new market should resign.
At any level of government, those who legislate the laws feel they are above them. After all, this will soon be named Wickenheiser River Park so she can do whatever she wants. The previous poster wasn't too far off in their post of who runs the Borough, they just forgot our illustrious borough manager, Lawyer Norm.
The sign says NO dogs off leash. It doesn't matter IF she is heading towards her boat, which may or may not be true in this case, because I've seen many times that her dog is off his leash while she has him down at the river park, the dog should be on it's leash until they're on the boat. NO SPECIAL TREATMENT.
I was with the guy who pointed out that perhaps she was about to get on her boat, which, it does appear. But, I guess a rule is a rule, and she should have had the dog on the lease until aboard...

Looks to me like she is just about to go down the ramp and board her boat. If so, I'm not sure these criticisms are exactly necessary...just saying.
Yes Officer, I was only speeding down the exit ramp until I got to the highway, then I obeyed the speed limit.
