It's no different for this little Boro-BUT unfortunately, MANAGEMENT DOESN'T FEEL THE SAME WAY-YOU SEE, BORO MANAGEMENT APPROVED RAISES FOR ALL BORO MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES AT THE JUNE BORO COUNCIL MEETING. Must I repeat that??? Management gave themselves ANOTHER raise. This is the 3rd or 4th raise in the last 3 years! and guess what, the boro employees DID NOT receive any raises for 3 years !!!!!!! again, is this fair? NO. I think ALL management should have REFUSED THEIR RAISES.
get real. people are losing their jobs and their homes every day and boro management gives themsleves another raise AND they had the audacity to announce it at a public meeting. Hellooooo-is anyone listening? What's wrong with this picture?
something is SERIOUSLY wrong when management continues to give tehmselves raises in these tough economic times. that should be all you need to know that this COUNCIL IS NOT WORKING FOR US THE TAXPAYERS, WHO ELECTED THEM INTO OFFICE
in todays economy, it's UNFORGIVABLE for management to accept raises on the backs of taxpayers losing their homes and their jobs - this is what's wrong with this system - can you believe the audacity of these persons? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.....
maybe it's time to not only pledge the allegiance to the flag but also to say an our father before meetings. whoever wants to recite it can and those who don't-don't. we ALL need God in our lives.

Wow, can you imagine? Raises tied to performance ???? Wow, we could save hundreds of thousands of dollars. Because we ALL know, performance is nil.
