Before and After


Here is what could be called a "Before" and "after." In the top photo, a picture of the railroad tracks at Florence and Mill streets, all grown over with weeds as of last week. In the bottom photo is this week's picture, with the weeds cut and trimmed throughout the area on both sides. It does look like some weed killer may have been used because the weeds went from a greenish to a brownish color.

Remember - be sure to STOP-LOOK-LISTEN at this grade crossing when upon the "Scoopmobile." Remember the ancient big cast-iron RR crossing sign that used to be there - it disappeared some 10-15 years ago.
