Today along the river

Today at River Park, there were people fishing, riding their boats, borough workers removing graffitti and weeds and other workers getting ready to put the  lights in. And plenty of wildlife walking.

They can clean it up all they want. It's just going to be trashed again. MANY in this town don't know how to respect things and keep things nice.

we should do like Manor Township did and do an "adopt a street" program - get one long term resident from each street that cares enough to get involved to sign up, take some responsiblity to keep it clean, and get a sign - for example "this street adopted by the Jones Family", etc. etc. - and they keep after that street

what happened to the great picture of council President Mary Wickenheiser and her dog OFF the leash in a "no dog off leash area?"

I like the adobpt a street program. If we want nice things to stay nice, we will need to put some effort into it.

The picture of Mary Pelosi is still on here, you have to go back to the date when it first appeared.
The Adopt a Street program sounds good, but, are there enough good people in town, who want to take part?

Now the grass has come in down there, so too have the weeds.

I will be willing to be captain on my street for both crime and trash! I care about my town and my home.

Yes Barry, what did happen to that photo?
Was she reprimanded or was nothing said at all. I would say the later. Double standards here.
And I doubt you will post this comment. if you do I will be totally surprised.

The picture is still here, you need to look under the day it was originally posted, which I think was Tuesday or this week.
